CNN propaganda at it's worst

How can CNN title 'Intel analysis SHOWS Putin approved election hacking' and just few lines below they go on to say 'But neither of the sources said they knew of specific intelligence that directly ties Putin to the attack'. CNN is such an embarrassing propaganda tool! ...and it takes them 6 people to write this crap!
